Rental rates include use of Main Stage, Green Room, four Dressing Rooms and Progress Hall.

Rates include two technicians. Scheduling must include a one-hour meal break for technicians after four hours, no exceptions. There is a two-hour overtime penalty for failure to provide a break.

Rates also include volunteer ushers, ticket takers and a front of house manager.

**Weekend bookings (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) will be billed at commercial rates during prime time (October, November, December, March, April, May, June).

SOCAN

The Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada requires you to purchase a SOCAN licence if you use copyright music during an event.

INSURANCE

All users must provide evidence of liability insurance

LIABILITY INSURANCE

Any group renting or using the Arden Theatre must provide evidence of Insurance in the amount of $2,000,000 (Two Million Dollars) prior to their date of use.

The City of St. Albert must be named as an “Additional Insured” with respect to the liability arising out of the operation of the named insured for the date of performance and rehearsal.

A Certificate of Insurance must be provided to the Arden Theatre fourteen days prior to your event.

“Special Events” insurance coverage can be obtained from most insurance agents and brokers.

New bookings will only be accepted once all financial charges and arrears have been cleared from previous booking agreements.
