Live Performance: events requiring the use of the stage for live performance purposes and involving the use of sound amplification and/or effect playback and theatrical lighting. Includes the use of the stage and wings, orchestra pit, workshop, dressing rooms, green room (Renaissance Lounge), wardrobe, audience seating, foyer and audience support facilities.

Live Performance — Full Hall: events falling within the Live Performance category, but also involving the use of the rehearsal (Progress) hall.

Stage Rehearsal: events in preparation for Live Performance and involving the use of sound amplification and/or effect playback and theatrical lighting. Includes the use of the stage and wings, workshop, dressing rooms, green room (Renaissance Lounge) and wardrobe.

Film Showing: events requiring the use of the 16 mm projection equipment. Includes the use of the green room (Renaissance Lounge), audience seating, foyer and audience support facilities.

Assemblies: events requiring the use of the stage area in front of the main curtain and involving sound amplification. Includes the use of the green room (Renaissance Lounge), audience seating, foyer and audience support facilities.

Assemblies: public and private functions requiring the use of the rehearsal (Progress) Hall, foyer and audience support facilities.

Rehearsals: events requiring the use of the rehearsal (Progress) hall for rehearsal or classroom purposes and involving the use of the green room (Renaissance Lounge) and/or dressing rooms.
